Contacts

The Contacts tab in the HeyGuest Dashboard allows you to view, manage, and organise all user contacts in your account.

🔍 Search & Filter

  • Live Search – Use the search bar to find contacts by name, email, or phone number.

  • Location Filter – Use the All Locations dropdown to view contacts by specific location.

  • Segments/Lists Filter – Filter contacts by saved segments or contact lists.

📊 Summary Statistics

Displayed above the contact list:

  • Contacts – Total number of contacts.

  • Phone Numbers – Number of contacts with a phone number.

  • Emails – Number of contacts with an email address.

  • WhatsApp Subscribers – Number of contacts subscribed to WhatsApp.

📋 Contacts Table

Contacts are shown in a paginated table with the following columns:

Column

Description

Name

Contact’s full name. If they are a WhatsApp subscriber, a green label will show inline.

Phone Number

The contact’s mobile or phone number.

Email

The contact’s email address (if available).

Locations

The assigned location or “Unassigned” if none.

Actions

Click View to access and manage the contact’s full profile.


📄 Pagination & Display Options

At the bottom of the page:

  • Show X – Select how many contacts to display per page (e.g. 20, 50, 100).

  • Pagination Controls – Navigate between pages using the numbered buttons.

This helps you manage large contact lists efficiently without overwhelming the interface.
