The Conversations tab is your central inbox for managing all guest communication in one place. Whether it's a live enquiry or an automated message, the inbox keeps your team connected and in control across all channels.

What is it?
A unified messaging hub that brings together chats from multiple platforms into one streamlined view.


πŸ“¨ Channels Included

The inbox consolidates real-time and historical messages from:

  • Website Chatbot

  • Instagram Messenger

  • Facebook Messenger

  • WhatsApp

This means you never need to switch between apps or platforms to manage guest conversations.

πŸ’¬ Inbox Layout

  • Left Panel (Message List)
    Displays all active or resolved conversations. Each entry includes:

    • Contact name or β€œGuest”

    • Timestamp of the last message

    • Preview of the latest message

    • Source icon (e.g. WhatsApp logo)

  • Middle Panel (Conversation View)
    Shows the full chat history with a guest.
    Messages are grouped by day and clearly labelled by sender.

  • Right Panel (Message Input)
    Use the input box to send responses manually.

    • You can type your reply, attach files, or send templates (if enabled).

    • Click Send or press Enter to reply.

πŸ”„ Status Tabs

  • Open – Active or ongoing conversations that require attention or follow-up.

  • Resolved – Conversations that have been closed, completed, or archived.


You can switch between these views using the tab selector at the top left.

🧠 AI Toggle

In the upper right corner of the message panel, you’ll see an AI toggle:

  • Enabled (blue) – The AI Assistant can respond automatically where appropriate.

  • Disabled (grey) – All responses will be manual until re-enabled.

βœ… Resolve Button

Click Resolve in the top-right corner of a conversation to mark it as complete.
This will move the chat to the Resolved tab, helping your team stay organised.
