What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
On occasions there will be more specific questions that are being asked by your customers, these may be difficult for the AI to answer. In this scenario the AI will take one of the following actions, depending on how you’ve configured your venue:
- Let the customer know that the question needs to be referred to a manager
- Ask the customer to call the venue
If you’ve configured your venue to option one then you will receive a notification in your Inbox to show that there’s a pending message from a customer.
Once you’ve responded, the AI will determine whether this is a general question that it can then answer in the future.
How does the concierge work?
The concierge is an AI driven chatbot which can respond to and handle all of your inbound enquiries.
When your guests send a message to your venue, be it via your website, social media or WhatsApp, the concierge will respond with answers to their questions, options to book tables and even display menus and dietary requirements.
What if I need to change my opening times?
