You should allow 2-4 days depending on how big your pilot is to adequately test the solution before going live. The HeyGuest team will support you through your testing phase.
Pilot go live
Depending on the number of sites in your pilot HeyGuest will provide a free pilot period of 2-4 weeks.
Review your results
Halfway through your pilot the HeyGuest team will share with you results and insights as well as gather feedback from your team into the operational impacts.
Decision time
During the pilot the HeyGuest team will be working to ensure we have met your success criteria in order to make the decision to roll out easier.
